Acceptance of Service

Your confirmation is not an invoice. When you receive the confirmation you are accepting accountability for the charges including any overages after services are rendered.

Minimum Booking

There is a one hour minimum on all vehicle reservations with Ambassador Limousine.

Airport Arrivals

All guests are provided with complimentary airport meet and greet services. A chauffeur with a printed meet and greet sign will meet in one of two places, depending on the flight. Domestic Arrivals: Guests will be met at baggage claim. International Arrivals: Guests will be met directly outside of Customs.

Smoking and Damages

Smoking and vaping is not permitted in any of our vehicles. You will be subject to a significant vehicle recovery fee to cover the extensive cost of restoring vehicles to a neutral scent. Vandalizing or damaging any part of a vehicle is subject to additional charges for repair / replacement.ny part of the vehicles is subject to additional charges for repair/replacement.

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted in AGLC licensed vehicles if all passengers are of age and possess valid ID. If any passengers are underage or do not possess ID, consumption is not allowed for all passengers as per AGLC Class B License Policy 3.3.20. Passengers will be responsible for providing the alcohol, chauffeurs will be responsible for stocking the alcohol and a corkage fee will be included in the pricing for your vehicle booking. Please inquire with Reservations to confirm which vehicles are AGLC approved. We don’t permit alcohol for any Graduation reservations. There are special rules around 24 passenger Mini-Coaches, please inquire if booking.

Lost Items

Ambassador Limousine will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged articles. However, any lost items will be looked for and available for pickup if found.

Billing

All reservations are on an hourly basis; billing for any overages takes place in half hour increments. Credit cards are pre-authorized for one cent at the time of booking and three days prior to your reserved time pre-authorized for the full reservation amount plus one half hour. Final billing will be processed on the business day following service. Please inquire if you’re interested in setting up a customer credit (invoicing) account.

Deposits

All Wedding and Graduation reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. All reservations or events exceeding $3,000.00 require a 50% deposit.

Graduation Guidelines

  1. A cell phone contact number for at least one person on the trip must be provided, as well as a contact number for their parent or guardian.
  2. The privacy divider must remain open at all times.
  3. Illegal drug use is prohibited
  4. We do not permit alcohol for any Graduation reservations.
  5. Vandalizing or damaging any part of the vehicles is subject to additional charges for repair/replacement.

Cancellation

Reservations will be billed in full if a cancelation/change notice is not confirmed up to six hours in advance of your reserved time for Sedans or SUVs and up to twenty-four hours in advance of your reserved time for all other vehicle types.  Car seat rentals require a 72 hour cancelation notice. A cancelation/change notice does not take effect until confirmed by the Ambassador Limousine Reservations Department. All reservations that request a vehicle outside of the Ambassador Limousine fleet will abide by the affiliate company’s cancelation / change policy.  Examples of affiliate vehicles include motor coaches, cargo vehicles, and all bookings made through a national or worldwide affiliate. Vehicle types are subject to change without notice.

Force Majeure

Any delay or failure in the performance by either Party hereunder shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the Party claiming Force Majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism. accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, other than those of Seller or its suppliers, that prevent Seller from furnishing the materials or equipment, and other like events that are beyond the reasonable anticipation and control of the Party affected thereby, despite such Party’s reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to a Party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
